Syncdocs is a program that synchronizes your PC and Google Docs.
Google Docs is a service for Google users, that allows them to host files in Google servers. This way they can be accessed from any place in the world, through an Internet connection. And you can collaborate with other users online. Everyone will have always the most recent version of the files.
To let Syncdocs do its work, all you will have to do is to select the folder on your PC that you want to synchronize when you install the program. This program will stay in your system tray as an icon. You will be able to access the program´s context menu by pressing the right button of your mouse.
Through this menu, the users will be able to open Google Docs to create new documents, open your Gmail account, open the documents already stored, or the local folder. Other options will allow you to force the sync process, stop it, or show the sync status.
You can use the free version of this program, but it will let you sync a small number of files. Free users can increase this quota up to 10,000 files by inviting friends.
